Divine Wisdom’s Guiding Light: A Song of Prayer for the Four Imams

In the realm of knowledge, their brilliance shines,
The Four Imams, blessed souls, so divine.
With hearts united, we raise our voice in prayer,
For their wisdom, guidance, and unwavering care.

Oh Allah, bless the Imams, their teachings we hold,
Through the Quran’s verses, their wisdom unfolds.
Grant us understanding, hearts steadfast and strong,
May their legacy inspire us, forever lifelong.

Imam Abu Hanifa, a beacon of insight,
Through intellect and mercy, his rulings took flight.
Guided by Your words, “And act justly, it is nearer to righteousness” (Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:8),
He sought fairness and equity, a true guiding light.

(Verse 3)
Imam Malik, with wisdom so profound,
Preserved the Prophetic traditions, sound by sound.
Following Your command, “So ask the people of the message if you do not know” (Surah An-Nahl, 16:43),
He upheld knowledge and justice, teachings renowned.

Imam Ash-Shafi’i, eloquent and wise,
With eloquence and depth, he would mesmerize.
Inspired by Your words, “So whoever follows guidance, it is they who will be the successful” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:5),
He sought truth and righteousness, in every guise.

Imam Ahmad, steadfast in his ways,
Enduring trials with patience, throughout his days.
Upholding Your decree, “And never say of anything, ‘Indeed, I will do that tomorrow'” (Surah Al-Kahf, 18:23),
His reliance on You, steadfast like sunrays.

Oh Imams, pillars of knowledge and grace,
Your teachings inspire us, in every place.
Through the Quran’s guidance, you led the way,
In our hearts, your wisdom forever shall stay.
